What department are covered by live chat?

Currently only sales dept. is covered on live chat. For rest support, we request you to open support ticket at:
http://www.whost.in/clients/submitticket.php

Billing and technical support will also be soon covered by Live Chat.

 

Is live chat available 24 X 7?

No, Live chat officially works from 10 A.M to 1 P.M and from 2 P.M to 6 P.M (According to Indian Standard time).

Live chat may or may not be available on saturday and sunday and other official holidays.

 

Can I complain about any live chat support staff?

Yes, if you have any bad experience with any live chat support staff, please send feedback to admin@whost.in
