    A. Sales, Billing, and basic technical support is covered on live chat. We don’t guarantee to provide complete technical support on live chat. Only basic support will be provided on live chat.   • Q. Is live chat available 24 X 7?
    A. No, Live chat officially works from 10 A.M to 1 P.M and from 2 P.M to 6 P.M (According to Indian Standard time).

    And live chat may or may not be available on saturday and sunday and other official holidays.

  • Q. Can I complain about any live chat support staff?
